Subaru Forester owners spanning the original SF/SG generations through the current SK/SL-chassis can protect their transmission pan with the Primitive Racing Transmission Skid Plate. Older Forester models built with the 4EAT automatic transmission use a dedicated aluminum plate sized for that pan, while 2014-2018 and 2019-and-newer Foresters use Primitive's later Mid-Armor and shared-generation plates. Every version bolts on using existing factory mounting points, with no drilling, and shields the transmission the same way the Front Skid Plate protects the engine.
