The factory center support bearing carrier on the Subaru WRX holds the driveshaft in place with a thin rubber bushing. That bushing softens noise and vibration at first, but it sags with age, letting the bearing drift off center under load and adding slop to shifts and throttle response. The JXB Center Support Bearing Carrier Upgrade clamps a stiffer two-piece carrier around the factory bearing, holding it centered instead of letting it sag. Drivers notice firmer shifts, more direct throttle response, and less vibration from a misaligned driveshaft.
