The CVT on a Subaru Outback sits exposed behind the engine, protected only by a thin plastic cover that does little against rocks or packed ice. LP Aventure's Transmission Skid Plate replaces that exposure with 3/16 inch aluminum. It fits the 2020-2026 Outback and 2022-2026 Wilderness, and works with the LP Aventure bumper guard and main skid plate or on its own. Mounting is direct to the chassis with the supplied hardware.
