On a 2010-2014 Outback lifted more than 2 inches, a shudder under acceleration usually means the CV axles are running at too steep an angle. The HRG Offroad 1" Subframe Kit drops the drivetrain 1 in. (25 mm) to flatten those angles, cut vibration and extend axle life while allowing more suspension lift. Inside are front and rear subframe spacers, engine spacers, trailing arm spacers and extended grade 10.9 zinc-plated hardware, all powder coated. HRG rates the install at 3 to 4 hours, with illustrated online instructions. It is a worthwhile addition for any Outback that puts serious kilometres on Canadian gravel.
